Ko. Ownership Scheme

The Ko. Ownership Scheme gives the property purchaser the opportunity to own a 50% share and rent the other 50% from the property developer.
 
The property purchaser will have all the rights to the property as if they were buying outright.
 
The property purchaser has the opportunity to purchase the remaining 50% share within the 5 year scheme at the original purchase price.
